SCHEDULE 

Daily Schedules

​

While each class maintains a daily schedule, teachers are open and aware that with children, things change frequently and without much warning.  Our schedules provide the structure and predictability to the day that the children need while remaining open enough for changes in weather, projects, field trips, visitors, etc.

 Sample Toddler Schedule:

  • 06:30-08:00                         Good Morning! (Breakfast if needed)

  • 08:30-09:00                         Free Choice

  • 09:00-09:15                          Circle Time - Music, Finger plays, Themes

  • 09:15-09:30                          Snack Time*

  • 09:30-10:15                           Center Time-Art, Sensory, Manipulative, Dramatic

  • 10:15-10:45                            Specialist Time

  • 10:45-11:00                            Outdoor Play (weather permitting) or Indoor Large Motor

  • 11:30                                      LUNCH

  • 11:45-12:00                            Clean up, Bathroom and Free Play*

  • 12:00-02:30                          Nap Time/Soft Music

  • 02:30-03:00                         Wake up! Snack Time*

  • 03:00-04:00                         Art, Stories, Puppets, Play

  • 04:00-05:00                         Outside Play

  • 05:00-05:15                          Story

  • 05:15-06:00                          Developmentally Appropriate Center Activities

*Diaper change, potty times. Toilet training on an individual basis.
